Everything, everywhere, all in house
Pidwin operates a portfolio of crypto casinos and online arcades: Chicken.gg, GoldPump, Runestake, Shock, and Castle. When I joined, design was outsourced to an agency that wasn't delivering. I built an in-house team of four, set up the workflows, review process, a multi-brand Figma design system, and took direct ownership of product design on the flagship platform, Chicken.gg. My first order of business was the games. I designed the full UX/UI for three proprietary games: Blackjack, Mines, and Doubles. Each had to feel native to the Chicken.gg platform while standing on its own as a polished, hand-tuned experience. Game states, bet flows, win/loss animations, and edge cases across desktop and mobile.

Redesigning Chicken
As the platform grew with new games, features, and a rewards system, the existing homepage couldn't support the weight of what we were building. I redesigned it from the ground up, along with the rewards marketing page, cases index, and seasonal event hubs. The user wallet, navigation system, and games library all went through my hands. Every major surface the player touched.

A multi-brand design system
Chicken.gg was the base. The design system I built in Figma standardized UI/UX patterns, component behavior, and visual tokens across the platform. The tricky part was that this same system had to skin cleanly to GoldPump and Runestake, each with its own brand identity, color palette, and audience. I solved for that by building design tokens for color, sizing, spacing, and visual nuance directly into the system, so each property could express its own brand without drifting from the shared foundation.
Creative and 3d design
Seasonal events and promotions needed visuals that cut through a feed full of crypto casino ads. I produced 3D renders in Blender and ZBrush for event marketing illustrations and in-game promotional assets. Lottie animations added motion to the UI: subtle enough to enhance the experience, distinctive enough to make the platform feel alive. Every major event and product launch had its own visual campaign, designed and delivered alongside the product work.

Castle.com needed an entrance. For the platform announcement along with its first original game, I created a quick teaser for social media. Every asset modeled in Blender, every frame animated by hand. A 3D brand film built to set the tone before the doors opened. For the rebranding of RBXGold to GoldPump, I designed and animated a quick logo refresh video for social media set to the tune of the founder's favorite hype song.
Eliminating bottlenecks with design engineering
Pidwin's properties feature hundreds of third-party games, with more added daily. Each game needed a branded thumbnail, with the marketing team building them manually in Figma, creating a slow constant bottleneck sometimes taking hours a day to get through. Seeing the issue and knowing there had to be a better way, I built an internal tool that let them generate on-brand thumbnails themselves, across all five properties, without touching design. Overnight the bottleneck disappeared and the marketing was freed up to tackle bigger priorities.

Impact
In a year at Pidwin, I built up the internal design department, led a team of four, and shipped product and brand updates across five platforms simultaneously. New proprietary games, a design system that scaled across brands, a tool that eliminated a daily bottleneck for marketing, and a ton of 3d render assets.
